Upload any logos/artwork with your order and our studio will prepare digital design proofs which will be emailed for your amendment/approval. Production does not commence until you are happy and have approved the artwork.
Do you charge for artwork setup?
There is no charge for artwork preparation.

Deliveries are made using trusted UK couriers such as UPS, Parcelforce, FedEx, DPD, DHL and for larger shipments we use specialist pallet carriers.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an automated email containing tracking details.
We offer various delivery methods at checkout:
• Next day (1-2 working day) delivery
• AM (before 12pm) delivery
• Saturday delivery

Will I get to see artwork before ordering?
Once an order has been placed our Studio will send through a visual of your order for your to amend or approve. If you would prefer to see a visual prior to ordering please contact us via our Online Chat, by email, Contact Form or by calling us on 0207 112 0233 and this can be arranged.
What colour is the ink?
The ink refill for this pen is blue.
Where can these pens be branded?
The branding area for this pen is on the barrel. Any side of the barrel can be branded and this can be discussed with our Art Studio when a visual is sent to you. The branding size is 40mm x 7mm.
What is the turnaround time?
Full Colour Whole Cover Print - 5 working days (plus delivery)
Foil Blocked - 7 working days (plus delivery)
De-bossed - 7-10 working days (plus delivery)
