Artwork

How do I upload my artwork when ordering?

After placing and paying for your order you will be transferred to the artwork section where you can upload either your print ready artwork or your logo etc for our designers to produce the artwork.

Is there any setup charge for the artwork?

No – the prices you see are the prices you pay. You can either send over your own artwork or we will create it for you from your logos and text etc entirely without charge.

Will I receive a proof of the finished product before going to print?

Yes we will send you a print ready proof for approval or amendment prior to printing.

Is there any charge for changing the artwork?

No – you can change the artwork as many times as you like – that is all included within the printing price.

Does the Branded Pads logo appear anywhere on my pad?

No – the only artwork we print is the one you send to us and/or the one approved by you prior to printing.

Branding

Is each sheet of my pad branded?

Yes all pages are branded as standard.

How much of the page can be printed?

You can print as much or as little as you want – as our pads are litho printed colour coverage is not an issue.

Can your wiro-book covers be in any colour?

Yes - we can print the covers in whatever colour you choose.

Print Process

Are the pads printed digitally or lithographically?

It depends – all our orders are litho printed apart from NCR pads and urgent orders which are printed digitally.

What paper do you print with?

Our standard papers are high white 80gsm and 100gsm but we can print and pad on any weight of paper or card.

Can I have coloured paper?

Yes – there is an extra charge for this service and it is priced per job - please enquire for a specific quote.

How many colours do you print in?

All our pads are printed by a full colour process.

Delivery

I want my pads sending abroad – is this possible?

No problem – we ship all over the World and the carriage will be charged at cost. Please enquire for international shipping.

What are your delivery charges?

Deliveries are sent on a next day basis with either FedEx or Parcelforce (larger orders on a pallet) and charged at a percentage of the order value (minimum £7.50, maximum £125). The delivery charge will be added to your order when you checkout after choosing your products and branding. Charges are:

• Orders up to £250 - 10% of order value (minimum £7.50)
• Orders from £251 to £500 - 8% of order value
• Larger orders - 5% of order value (maximum £125)

Prices

Are there any other charges apart from the prices I see on the website?

The only other charges that may apply are for our Leather/Moleskin books and our diaries - these are standard blocking charges that will be detailed with your order.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, our minimum order value is £50 (before VAT and delivery).
